Mobile emission reduction
for tank terminals

Efficient mobile degassing and emission reduction enhances safety, regulatory compliance and environmental protection in tank terminals by mitigating the number of hazardous emissions that are created and released into the air. With our mobile degassing technologies, operators of tank terminals can enhance sustainability in their operations and maintenance.

Areas of mobile emission reduction

Tank degassing

With our mobile vapor combustion units, we can efficiently degas tanks and containers of all kinds in a cost- and time-efficient manner. Gases, gas compounds and vapors of explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC are destroyed with a combustion rate of more than 99.99 %.

Tank cleaning

Our ATEX Zone 0 Robot enables the remote-controlled cleaning of storage tanks. The robot can be controlled via joysticks and a monitor from a safe distance out of a cabin. We rent out the robot world-wide and also offer training sessions so that customer's employees are perfectly prepared.

Replacement

Our mobile vapor combustion units are also ideally suited for the temporary replacement of stationary emission reduction systems such as VRUs (Vapor Recovery Units). During maintenance or repair, our units ensure that operations in plants can continue without restrictions.

Emergency services

Our units are also perfectly suited for emergency applications that need rapid deployments on short notice. As every minute counts, our units are flexible with short times between request and deployment.

Rental of additional equipment

We also rent out further equipment for specific needs such as our mobile nitrogen vaporizer for purging and the ATEX Zone 0 blower, pipes, fans, generators, liquid separators and detonation safety devices for IIA, IIB and IIC.

Examples of applications in tank terminals

Degassing crude oil tank

We have degassed a tank containing crude oil with our Mobile Combustor. The 5 MW unit is perfectly suited for short-term applications and deployments involving the degassing of single tanks.

VRU back-up deployment

During the downtime of the stationary VRU, we have replaced it with two mobile vapor combustion units in a tank terminal in the Netherlands. For this call-of, we have deployed a total combustion capacity of 15 MW.

Petrol tank and vacuum truck degassing

For one of our customers, we have deployed a 5 MW unit for the degassing of a petrol tank. We have also applied our European patent for the degassing of the vacuum truck.
